Trader’s Remarks:

US corporate profits weighed down by the energy slump and slowing global growth, continue to decline in the longest slide in earnings since the financial crisis. Most of the developed world outside the United States is grappling with slow growth. GDP growth in developing and emerging markets is also challenged. American companies have been squeezed by falling exports, cheaper imports, higher labour costs and lower spending by consumers due to low confidence.
