Boeing’s Revenues To Peak And Fall

Trader’s remarks: Boeing’s global revenues have been steadily rising over the last 5 years but is set to fall in 2016. This fall has been primarily driven by weakness in demand, especially in cargo planes, and growing concerns about a global economic slowdown amid falling oil prices and the ongoing SEC probe against Boeing. There has always been intense competition between Boeing and Airbus, with the latter gaining market share most recently. In 2015, the Airbus 321neo has grabbed almost 63% of the single-aisled aircraft orders in 2015, winning against BA737, Boeing’s highest revenue contributor.
